Unfairness of Life

Hey people,

I got to know this website through sponsored post and i am not sure as to what i would get out of it but still,

I am currently working at a MNC in Mumbai and what i have observed in the past 2 years is that no matter how much we protest equality and fair treatment of women in jobs, Discrimination is still experienced by many, in my case, there are little things like getting new projects, involvement in group discussions, the list goes on, it is not that i feel sexually harrased by fellow employees, on this i can agree that we have worked upon but still in the eyes of everyone, men & women can never be the same but the opportunities must be provided equally.

I have thought about this for a long time and been thinking on how to change this, i know i can't change the whole world but i need to try to change this perspective in my job,

any suggestions as to what can be done?
